UCAS Conference 2024 - Access All Areas

Before joining UCAS, Estelle Liu worked at Ecctis where she gained in-depth knowledge of the UK higher education sector, with specific expertise in international qualifications. She joined UCAS in June 2023 when she took responsibility for managing the Verification team.  The mission of the team is to prevent and detect fraud in applications and similarity in personal statements.  

Estelle has already achieved success in delivering improvements to the service, including a process change to accommodate recent experience of the verification of Pearson PTE test scores and also a change to ensure that investigations relating to applicants applied to courses with early start dates are prioritised.
