"Transparency about access should mean that all applicants can be sure that they will be treated fairly in the admissions process, regardless of their ethnic or social background. To help meet the new transparency duty, UCAS will be publishing the first transparency reports for universities on 9 June.”

In response to the new transparency duty announced in the White Paper, UCAS will be publishing information about application, offer and acceptance rates by ethnicity, gender and socio-economic background on behalf of universities on Thursday 9 June. In addition, we will shortly be depositing detailed admissions data with the Administrative Data Research Network.
