Joanne had the opportunity to work on placing Study Abroad students with local businesses for short internships back in 2009. This experience has led to a career focused on successful European and International student recruitment across three Welsh universities. Joanne is currently responsible for development and delivery of the recruitment strategy for Americas, Europe and South Asia at Swansea University and strongly believes in the value of international education.
