Practising self-care
There’s no right way to practise self-care – it’s about what works for you. But these pointers will give you some ideas:
- Take time out if you’re feeling overwhelmed
 - Make sure you eat and sleep well
 - Think of healthy activities that make you feel good
 - Ask for help if you need it
 - Set boundaries (learn to say no)
 - Try and make self-care a daily habit
