Louise has spent three years in the role of Head of Careers and Oxbridge at Eltham College, an independent school in South East London. Prior to this she worked as Director of Careers and Guidance at a super selective Grammar School, as well as establishing the Aspire programme for high achieving, disadvantaged students, at a multi academy trust in Kent. Having spent over 20 years working in the recruitment attraction and communications sector, Louise undertook her MA in Career Management and secured the Qualification in Career Guidance in 2015, and has not looked back since!
