Sam has worked within Operations at UCAS for 7 years and leads a team designing and delivering resources for both digital and face-to-face learning across our customer groups. This includes support for those advising applicants through the admissions process such as teachers and careers advisers and providing sessions on the applications process, including admissions and recruitment staff working in higher education institutions.

Sam is one of our UCAS’ experts in the customer journey and a regular host for many of the UCAS broadcast streams, from Facebook to Hub lives. She is a qualified teacher and prior to joining UCAS worked in secondary education as both a classroom teacher and Head of Department.
