International Teachers’ and Advisers’ Conference 2020 – online

Ian works alongside Alex on the HEP and Schools Team as a Business Customer Service Adviser. The Team supports both HE providers and Schools and Colleges with everything UCAS-related. This ranges from guidance on UCAS procedures and systems support all the way through to helping resolve bespoke queries from advisers and their students.

Ian came to UCAS in June 2014 and, like so many others here, began his journey within the Customer Experience Centre supporting students with their applications and handing their enquiries. In January 2016, Ian successfully gained a place within the HEP and Schools Team where his knowledge and experience would be put to good use supporting our UCAS HE Providers and Registered UCAS Centres.
