Business Customer Service Adviser, UCAS
Biography
Alex is a business customer service adviser in the HEP and Schools Team at UCAS. The team advises teachers, advisers, agents, and university admissions staff by phone and email throughout the year. The HEP and Schools Team supports teachers and advisers dealing with the UCAS process, changes and updates, technical issues, and advising on individual student circumstances.
Alex joined UCAS in 1999 and has worked in Customer Experience supporting applicants before moving to the HEP and Schools Team in 2012.
