International Teachers’ and Advisers’ Conference 2020 – CANCELLED

With five years of experience in higher education, and with an international background, Alberto has spent the last two years in international student recruitment at the University of Greenwich. 

After working mainly in domestic recruitment and outreach for three years, over the last year his main focus has been working to promote higher education to international students who are currently based in the UK, on a foundation course or on a language course. As such, he has had the opportunity to interact with a number of schools and colleges across the country which have had international students on their programmes at different levels. 

As the International Officer for the Americas, Alberto has been travelling extensively across the USA to build connections with high school counsellors, as well as independent college counsellors in three of the largest US states, with the scope to promote the opportunity of UK higher education to American students looking to expand their outlook overseas.
