Research shows that parental engagement in the UCAS application process can have a significant impact on students’ success at university. There is evidence that parents often feel uncertain on how best to offer this support, as the process has undergone a variety of changes over the years. This interactive workshop will explore strategies for updating parental knowledge to enable them to work collaboratively with schools and colleges to support their child’s successful transition into university.
