As the leading university provider of degree apprenticeships in the UK*, Manchester Met was also named University Provider of the Year at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Award in 2023 and rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2018 and 2022.

We develop industry-relevant programmes, delivered nationwide to address critical skills shortages. We work with over 600 employers, from small businesses to multi-national organisations – partner employers include AstraZeneca, Barclays, IBM, BAE Systems, Lloyds Banking Group, Thales and McDonald’s.

Over the last nine years over 5,000 apprentices have participated in our degree apprenticeships in important subject areas including leadership and management, digital and technology, health and social care, and science.

As a degree apprentice, you can combine working full-time with studying part-time at Manchester Met. You’ll be employed throughout your apprenticeship and achieve a full degree upon graduation.
