In this incredibly tough time, we wrote to all applicants from Ukraine last week outlining the support we have on our website for international students and what to do after they applied. We have also written to all schools and centres registered with UCAS, with the position of the UK Government and Universities UK.
Our Customer Experience Centre is ready to support individual students via phone and social media and our Schools Team is on hand for teachers and advisers. We will continue to send them updates on any changes to the application process as further information becomes available. Universities and colleges are also in touch with their applicants.
Our staff are supporting the efforts of the British and Ukrainian Red Cross, and the Disasters Emergency Committee with donations and we have a collection point for food and household items at our offices which will go to those most in need.
