Get involved in our back to school activity, starting 11 September, to get prepared for 2018 entry!
Posted Thu 7 September 2017 - 15:45

It’s a new school year, which means it’s a new application cycle. We know how important you are in supporting your students to make informed decisions about their future, so we’re dedicating next week, 11 – 15 September, to help you get back into the swing of things, and get prepared for 2018 entry.

This is your chance to engage with UCAS experts – to ask questions, receive information, and suggest ideas for the year ahead.

Here’s how to get involved…

Gather valuable information, top tips, and resources

Check out our NEW adviser timeline!
We’ve added a new timeline feature to the top of ucas.com/advisers to help you find information when you need it. Let us know what you think using the ‘Feedback’ button in the top right-hand corner.

Follow our adviser newsfeed and @ucas_online on Twitter
We’ll be sharing daily vlogs and articles from our Professional Development Team across our social channels and newsfeed, covering the things you need to be thinking about for the start of the new cycle.

Look out for your back to school adviser mailing
If you’re a UK correspondent, don’t forget to keep an eye out for your adviser mailing, coming the week commencing 18 September. It’s packed with posters for your students, a big map of UK unis (it’s back!), a back to school checklist, and lots more.

If you’re not a UCAS correspondent or based in the UK, we will put copies of these useful resources in our guides and resources section.

Sign up for our adviser MOOC (massive online open course) and broaden your students’ horizons
Our free online course starts on 23 October, and is designed to help you understand the wealth of higher education opportunities open to your students, so you can help them make informed choices. We’re also running one for your students!
