Our two new events are not to be missed – coming to Wales this May!
We’ve teamed up with Qualifications Wales to provide two new events, designed to help those of you in Wales supporting students considering their options, or applying to uni.
When and where?
North Wales
Monday 15 May 2017, Venue Cymru, Llandudno
South Wales
Wednesday 17 May 2017, Swansea University
Key themes and areas of discussion include:
- the Welsh Baccalaureate
- progression routes with apprenticeships and vocational qualifications
- entry requirements and admissions strategies
- how to make an application stand out
- Student Finance Wales
Emyr George, Associate Director of Qualifications Wales, will be hosting the first plenary session, followed by an expert line up of speakers, including:
- Sally Rutterford, Head of Admissions, Cardiff University
- Steve Minney, Head of Undergraduate Recruitment, Swansea University
- Ben Hughes, Deputy Director (Student Recruitment and Marketing), Cardiff Metropolitan University
