Each student joins iLA with a personal vision — whether to launch their own brand, design for leading fashion houses or build a career in the luxury industry. What unites them is the drive to grow, experiment and redefine what fashion can be.

Supported by world-class mentors and a collaborative environment, iLA students learn to think critically, design with purpose and communicate confidently across cultures. They don’t just study fashion — they live it, creating meaningful work that reflects who they are and the future they want to shape.

During the in-person phase of the mentorship, students have the opportunity to experience life and learning in two of the world’s most inspiring fashion capitals — Rome and London.

In Rome, students immerse themselves in the heart of Italian craftsmanship, history and culture. Surrounded by art, architecture and ateliers, they explore the roots of luxury and the spirit of “Made in Italy” that continues to define excellence in fashion.

In London, they engage with one of the world’s most dynamic and creative industries, where innovation, diversity and experimentation shape the future of design. The city’s global energy and professional networks provide an exceptional platform for inspiration and growth.

Both campuses offer access to mentorship sessions, workshops, company visits and cultural experiences, creating a bridge between academic study and real-world industry practice. Each city becomes a living classroom where creativity and opportunity meet.
