Student life
Our York campus is just a short journey from the historic city of York, one of the UK’s most vibrant and welcoming student cities. Whether you live on campus or commute, you’ll enjoy a lively social scene, outdoor adventure opportunities, and access to stunning countryside right on your doorstep.
Life here is about more than studying, it’s about community and experience. From Student Union clubs and events to outdoor expeditions and fundraising challenges, there’s something for everyone.
Our students also take part in Study Tours around the world, from Borneo and South Africa to coastal conservation trips in Whitby, offering unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime opportunities to apply your learning in real-world environments.
For students at our Gateshead Centre, local accommodation and excellent public transport links make studying Veterinary Nursing accessible and convenient.
