Year 1: BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma MMM in relevant subject Year 2: BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Built Environment subject at DMM

Access to HE Diploma - D: 15 credits M: 15 credits P: 15 credits

60 credits overall with 15 Distinctions, 15 Merits and 15 Passes

Scottish Higher - BBCC

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme - 26 points

Leaving Certificate - Higher Level (Ireland) (first awarded in 2017) - H3, H3, H3, H3

Scottish HNC - Pass

Year 2 Entry: 15 credit HNC Built Environment subject with a B in the Graded Unit

Scottish HND - Pass

Year 3 Entry: HND Quantity Surveying with B in the Graded Unit. Other Built Environment HND programmes may be considered for entry or for Year 2 entry.

Foundation Apprenticeship (SCQF Level 6) - Pass

Accepted as equivalent to one Higher at grade B as part of the overall grade profile of Highers required for entry. Any essential subjects at Higher should still be achieved in addition to the Foundation Apprenticeship.

T Level - Pass (C and above)
