Join our professionally accredited Accounting and Finance with People Management degree and become a strong people manager backed with a solid financial skillset.

Accounting and Finance and People Management (HR) complement each other very well. Understanding recruitment and talent management will help develop your people skills alongside accounting.

We aim to ensure you have everything you need to become a successful people manager on this course that scored over 90% for Student Satisfaction (National Student Survey 2022).

Assessment method

Assessment varies substantially across modules. Some modules, particularly where there is professional accreditation, have more traditional assessments such as exams. However, where we can, we like to vary the types of assessment. Therefore students can expect to create presentations, videos, posters, reports, research outputs, practical exercises, strategic papers, design processes or products and so on. As the programme has multiple options, students will be able to experience a wide range of assessments.
