Become a human resources specialist and learn how businesses can get the most out of their employees and develop the skills for successful people management.
During the foundation year, you’ll gain the academic and practical experience you need to help you get the most out of your degree and the subject-specific modules will give you a strong introduction of what you’ll learn.

With our BSc Human Resource Management, you’ll acquire the key attributes employers value and gain a firm understanding of core aspects of human resources, including organisational behaviour, resourcing and talent planning, employment law and responsible management.
