UCAS Tariff - Not accepted

A level - AAB

including Grade A in Mathematics. We do not accept General Studies and Critical Thinking as one of the three A level grades.

Access to HE Diploma - D: 45 credits

45 level 3 credits at Distinction including 15 level 3 credits in Mathematics. A Newcastle University Mathematics and Statistics pre-entry course may also be required.

Scottish Higher - AAABB

AAABB (combination of Highers and Advanced Highers) with AB at Advanced Higher level and including Mathematics at Advanced Higher grade A. Scottish qualifications can be taken in more than one sitting.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme - 34 points

34 points with Mathematics Analysis and Approaches at Higher Level grade 6.

Leaving Certificate - Higher Level (Ireland) (first awarded in 2017) - H1, H1, H2, H2, H3

H1H1H2H2H3 at Higher Level, to include grade H1 in Mathematics.

Cambridge International Pre-U Certificate - Principal - D3, D3, M2

D3,D3,M2 in Principal Subjects including grade D3 in Mathematics.
