Why study?
The Level 4 establishes the foundation for learning by offering a comprehensive introduction to business and its various functions. These units enhance essential skills and prepare students for further study at Level 5 or for employment in roles requiring a degree of personal responsibility. Students will acquire a broad understanding of business concepts, alongside practical skills gained through research, independent and guided study, and workplace simulations. They will engage in vocational activities that promote the development of professional behaviours (the attitudes and approaches necessary for competence) and transferable skills.

By the end of Level 4, students will have a solid understanding of fundamental leadership and management concepts and will be proficient in both subject-specific and general skills relevant to key areas of business.
