About this course
This Higher National Certificate will help you gain the skills, knowledge and understanding needed to start a career within the field of business, and on completion, consider progression to a Higher National Diploma here at Roehampton. This University course is approved by the Institute for Apprenticeship and Technical Education.
You will develop your business skills and knowledge through research, independent study, directed study and workplace scenarios. You will gain transferable skills such as communication, teamwork, research and analysis.
Plus, you’ll be taught by a friendly, committed and qualified team of lecturers who have both professional and teaching experience.
During the course you will learn about the major impact that new digital technologies can have on the business environment and gain an insight into international business operations and the opportunities and challenges presented by a global marketplace.
Skills
This industry-recognised qualification is equivalent to the first year of undergraduate study. On progression to the Level 5 Higher National Diploma you will be able to specialise by committing to specific career paths and, on completion, have the option for progression to degree-level study.
