This course is designed for people who want to gain a full undergraduate degree. As a student on a top-up year, you’ll qualify for our MAPS (Making Achievement Possible at Sunderland) programmes. These recognise that you may have had a gap between finishing your diploma, or equivalent, and starting the top-up year. They integrate support for study skills and future employability and are provided by our team of full-time Student Academic Advisors.

GCSE/National 4/National 5

We also require three passes at GCSE grade C or above, which must include Mathematics and English Language, or an equivalent qualification, for example; a minimum of Level 2 Key Skills in Communication and Application of Number. If you have studied for a GCSE which has a numerical grade then you will need to achieve a grade 4 or above.

HND (BTEC) - P

Our typical requirement is an HND in Finance or Business related area.

BTEC HND in Business and Management
BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business or a related area
ABE Advanced Diploma in Business Administration
IBAM Advanced Diploma in Business Administration
240 credits or equivalent of a recognised UK undergraduate award in a relevant finance, banking, business and management related discipline.
