About the Course
Civil Engineers have to always keep pace with the developments around the world in order to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world, including respond to climate change emergency. This MEng/BEng Civil Engineering is designed to equip graduates with the underpinning knowledge, skills and professional behaviours expected from civil engineers to design, build and shape the world around them.

UCAS Tariff - 128 - 136 points
UCAS points from 3 A-Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications.

To include A2 Mathematics
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016) - DDM - DDD
Distinction, Distinction, Merit (DDM) as a minimum from an Engineering related BTEC Extended Diploma, including Mathematics and Further Mathematics.
Access to HE Diploma - Not accepted
Scottish Higher
Equivalent of 128 UCAS points which must include Maths in Advanced Highers.
International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme - 28 points
To include Grade 5 in Maths at Higher Level.
Leaving Certificate - Higher Level (Ireland) (first awarded in 2017)
Equivalent of 128 UCAS points with a minimum of H2 from Maths.
