If you are curious about how things work and have a keen mind for applying what you learn to solve real-world problems, engineering is the perfect career for you. Develop specialist knowledge with our Biomedical Systems Engineering degree to improve the understanding and management of biomedical problems, and to develop the healthcare technologies of the future.

As an Engineering student at Warwick, you will develop an in-depth understanding of the classical principles of Engineering by following a general engineering programme for the first year. You can then choose to specialise in Biomedical Systems Engineering, learning to apply systems methodology and concepts from other Engineering disciplines to the modelling, analysis of, and interventions for, biomedical problems.
