Our Level 5 Higher National Diploma (HND) in Leadership and Management is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in a dynamic business environment. This course offers the flexibility to gain a Level 4 Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Leadership and Management with progression to the full Level 5 HND in Leadership and Management. The Level 4 units establish a strong learning foundation by offering a comprehensive introduction to business and its various functions, including Principles of Management; Leadership and Organisational Behaviour; Marketing Essentials and Financial Management.

Demonstrate your contributions to strategic planning within your organisation, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and resource constraints.Analyse and evaluate strategic planning models, analytical techniques, business strategy approaches, factors affecting strategic plans, scanning tools for strategy development, and the relationship between strategic intentions, choice, and formulation.
Design Business Processes
Complete a SWOT and PESTEL analysis of current processes, evaluate improvements and constraints, and develop systems for capturing information.Evaluate workflow patterns, business process modelling tools, and factors impacting business process efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage Strategic Change
Using work-based examples, describe the change management model used, analyse stakeholder mapping techniques, develop a stakeholder engagement plan, assess reasons for change, evaluate internal and external influences, and identify implications on knowledge management systems and operational plans.
Provide Leadership and Management

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
You should possess good numeracy and literacy skills before starting the qualification.
Desirable academic profile may include the following qualifications:
GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above Level 3/A Level qualification in an area such as Business Studies, Economics, or Accountancy 48 UCAS points and or relevant work experience
