Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) accredited
This course is CIPD accredited, meaning that your degree will be accredited by the most recognised HR professional organisation, and particularly useful if you decide to pursue a career in people management.

During your studies, you will be eligible for CIPD student membership and a range of HR specific resources.

On graduation, you will also be eligible for Associate CIPD membership to kick-start your career as an HR specialist.

Qualification requirements

UCAS Tariff - 104 - 120 points

Tariff points from A levels or combination with AS / EPQ / BTEC/ Cambridge Technical.

Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016) - DDM - DMM

Access to HE Diploma

Pass in a relevant Access to HE Diploma.

International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme - 28 points

English and mathematics at standard level - 4 or better.

Extended Project

The University welcomes the Extended Project Qualification and this will be taken into account in offers (where presented by an applicant).

English Language and mathematics at grade C / 4 or better.

T Level - M

Pass with Merit overall and a C in the Core.

The University welcomes mature applicants who may not have the standard entry requirements listed here. As an alternative, a 'non-standard entry portfolio' may be set for the applicant to complete in order to demonstrate their readiness for higher education.
