Course summary

Our BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management Course is designed to develop your people management and leadership skills, as well as launch your HR career.
With a focus on shaping your professional problem-solving skills, our enquiry-based learning approach will help you build a skill set to respond to contemporary people management issues.
You will learn how businesses can get the most out of their employees and develop the knowledge and competence for successful people management practices.
Through a combination of theory and practice, the course will enable you to perform effectively and efficiently as a Human Resource Practitioner.
The BSc (Hons) HRM course is accredited by The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
