Learn how to apply HR concepts, theories, and techniques in cross-cultural organisations. Gain an enhanced knowledge of organisational behaviour using a wide range of research-based theories and practices including cross cultural psychology, organisational environments, and complexities in international business environments, employee motivation and managing a multicultural and bi-cultural workforce. You will also gain skills to work with statistics and data to problem solve and help make informed decisions.
This course is open to those from any undergraduate background with an interest in human resource management who want to apply their knowledge in a global context. Whether you’ve just graduated with an undergraduate degree or are someone who has been in work but wants to upskill or perhaps change direction, this course is suitable for a variety of people who want to become an HR professional. You will be part of a diverse student cohort working collaboratively through practice, learning from others as well as from academic staff.

Teaching is backed up by a well-designed support system that will underpin your learning journey. You will have access to a Guidance Tutor with whom you can discuss any academic issues. Extensive feedback from both tutors and peers is built into the course.
