Design engineers use their skills to come up with solutions and designs that can have a real effect on people’s lives. It could be creating user-friendly products or even designing life-saving medical devices. They can work on projects across different industries, collaborating with professionals from various backgrounds.
Students on our Design Engineering BEng degree learn in a friendly, collaborative studio environment, working on industry-linked projects with other engineering and design students and supported by expert staff.
Our Design Engineering MEng offers an extra year of study at masters level.
