Law with Commercial Law (Taught)

The LLM Law with Commercial Law is a research-led course that focuses on the law governing private economic relations and businesses. What you will learn

• gain an understanding of the intersection between law and other societal challenges, as well as the interaction between multiple areas of law

• learn how to transfer your understanding of complex problems and regulatory responses to different contexts

• critically evaluate legal, regulatory and policy proposals regarding challenges related to commercial law.

How you will learn

Teaching is via a combination of pre-recorded lectures and seminars. Lectures engage you in an outline or overview of the topic, while seminars are group sessions in which you will have the opportunity to contribute to discussion or group work.

You will be able to choose between full- and part-time study on this course. It has an evening timetable with classes taking place in the evening, so you can balance study with work, family or other commitments.
