Why this course?
• Business Enterprise is about the creation of wealth, creativity and resourcefulness and exploiting change. This course is designed for students who want to start a new enterprise, those who want to take over the management of an existing business and those who are aiming for leadership positions.
• Studying Hospitality & Tourism Management will prepare you for leadership roles in a dynamic industry which generates £5 billion to the Scottish economy and creates one in 10 jobs. You’ll have the skills to manage operations and business across a range of industries including hospitality, tourism and events.
• On graduating, you could apply for membership of professional bodies such as the Institute of Hospitality, the Institute of Travel & Tourism, Tourism Society or the Royal Geographical Society.
