About this course
This one-year top up programme has been tailored to provide a firm understanding of web design and development and equip you with the necessary skills to succeed in the IT sector.
We deliver all computing programmes in an active blended learning style, with most lectures replaced by workshops and seminars. Our approach provides a learning environment focused on collaborative working in practical lab spaces, immersed in an environment based on working in the IT industry.
This programme is open for all students in the UK and overseas who wish to transfer to complete the final year of an undergraduate degree, as well as students who have completed study at one of Roehampton's partner institutions.
Skills
Throughout the course, you will combine technical and creative skills such as software development, data analysis and digital media design, with a focus on web development, which will prepare you to enter the IT industry. You will also learn the core skills in cyber security required for modern IT practitioners with the opportunity to become a Certified Ethical Hacker.
