With a focus on improving physical activity and enhancing health and wellbeing across all age groups, it equips learners to foster physical competence, motivation, and community impact.
Supported by the Wales Institute for Physical Literacy, it integrates research-informed teaching, critical reflective practice, and hands-on learning. Its flexible, multidisciplinary structure ensure you tailor your experience to achieve real-world change in education, sport, and health contexts.
