The aim of this online Top Up Programme is to provide students with knowledge and understanding of the key aspects of business and management appropriate to organisations in the modern world. In doing so, it seeks to inculcate in them, through the learning experiences offered, many of the skills and competences which allow for effective managerial behaviour in today’s complex organisations and turbulent business environments. The top up programme offers a blend of modules which shall empower students who are already professionally active, job seekers or even those purposefully knowledge seekers needing to rationalise their existing career, refocus their professional strategy and align with modern business and management trends. Students will be given opportunities to research a range of sectors/industries, explore their challenges and make recommendations on how organisations can improve.
