Course summary

This course is ideal for those thinking about starting a career or developing their current career in construction site supervision and management.

The course is accredited by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education as a Higher Technical Qualification. This means that the qualification has been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses, so that our students get the specific training, knowledge and skills required for their chosen career.

Gain understanding of digital technology use in construction project management

This course will give you a firm foundation to progress to an undergraduate degree in any of the following areas: Construction Project Management, Project Management or Property and Real Estate Management. Students can also progress onto the HND in Construction Management (Construction Design and Build Technician) course.

Assessments shall include course work, written assignments, project reports, presentations, professional discussions, engineering surveys and portfolios of evidence.
