Our course balances the related, but differing areas of electronic and electrical engineering. You’ll develop complementary skills to apply to a fast-paced, exciting industry.

Accreditations
- This BEng is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) on behalf of the Engineering Council for the purposes of fully meeting the academic requirement for registration as an Incorporated Engineer and partly meeting the academic requirement for registration as a Chartered Engineer.

UCAS Tariff - 104 points

Our typical offer is 104 UCAS Points. We operate a flexible admissions policy and treat everyone as an individual. This means that we will take into consideration your educational achievements and predicted grades (where applicable) together with your application as a whole, including work experience and personal statement.
A level
104 UCAS points including A2 Maths at grade C, and Physics or a STEM subject at grade C. Acceptable STEM Subjects to replace Physics: Applied Science, Engineering, Electronics, Biology and Chemistry.
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016) - DMM

Merit in all of the following units:
1 Engineering Principles
7 Calculus to Solve Engineering Problems
