About the course
From launching your own company to innovating at the heart of a global organisation – this course prepares you for your future career path. You’ll study a combination of marketing and management theory and practice. And, by exploring some aspects of psychology, you’ll develop an understanding of human behaviour, which is useful in the marketing world.
On this course, you’ll:
critically evaluate organisational and consumer behaviour
learn about the importance of marketing strategy, brand development and new product management
develop a valuable understanding of economics, accounting and business law
study digital marketing, consumer behaviour, international marketing, and marketing analytics and metrics
prepare for the workplace while tailoring your degree to your career path.
You’ll engage with dedicated professionals who will challenge you with new perspectives, ideas and approaches. You benefit from having an Academic Success Adviser who can help you with academic study skills. These include critical thinking, presenting, academic writing and note-making.
You also have the opportunity to enrich your study experience by applying for a placement or for studying abroad.
Accreditation
This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). On graduation, CIM accreditation will give you a head start in professional marketing, with exemptions on both the CIM Certificate and Diploma.
