Develop a deep understanding of human behaviour in business and learn how to get the best out of people in the workplace.

Study an accredited and comprehensive business degree with the added advantage of gaining specialist knowledge of human resource management (HRM).

Raise your profile
Our BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management course will enable you to gain Associate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. This professional qualification will help to raise your profile and demonstrate that you have the people skills to deliver in today’s business world. In addition, you’ll have direct access to two of our postgraduate business courses – the MSc Human Resource Management (CIPD) and the MSc Corporate Governance (Chartered Secretaries/Governance Professional).

Hands-on experience
If you take a paid work placement in your third year, you’ll develop and enhance your employability skills. Previous students have completed placements with companies including BP, Panasonic, GE Capital and Bentley Motors.

Industry insights
Our guest lecture series will help support your development. Past speakers include the CEO of the London Stock Exchange, the Chief Executive of the British Bankers Association and the Chief Economist of Yorkshire Bank.
