Course summary

Develop your knowledge of how the legal justice system responds to people who don’t comply with the law. Become an expert in the criminal justice process, while debating the purposes of legal punishment.

Enhance your understanding of criminal law, from philosophical theories to how justice is applied in the real world. Specialise in a range of areas, including policing, health aspects of criminal justice and international aspects of law enforcement co-operation.
