Our foundation year offers the chance to strengthen your skills, knowledge and confidence – with extensive support from our expert staff – before you advance to stage one of your honours degree. It could also be beneficial if you are planning a career change and want to get to grips with aspects of subjects which are new to you.

Learn to produce powerful stories for multiple platforms, so you can be part of the next generation of journalists, content creators or social media managers. This is a highly practical and flexible journalism degree.

• You'll publish your work on our online platform for students and get the chance to join a student-run communications agency, which works with real clients and local news outlets
