Becoming a children's nurse requires a unique blend of sensitivity and skill. This MSc course offers clinical placements and a varied and engaging glimpse into the many possibilities for future careers.
Lessons on-campus take place in simulated wards in addition to lecture theatres and are taught by a first-class team of highly skilled, expert lecturers. Your clinical placements provide an opportunity to put your theoretical learning into practice, working alongside highly skilled and experienced children's nurses at the cutting edge of patient care.
You will experience the work of specialist services - from community nursing teams and children's emergency departments to on-going care services for children with long term and complex needs, including end-of-life care.

What you should know about this course:
General Nursing - 2nd in London for satisfied with teaching (Guardian League Tables 2025).
We arrange clinical placements with local NHS Trusts allowing you to learn alongside experienced professionals and satisfy the requirements of EU Directives.
The course will have joint approval for the University of Greenwich and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Nursing students may benefit from additional support of at least £5,000 a year to help with living costs.
