Our BA (Hons) Fashion Photography (with Integrated Foundation Year and Professional Year) is a five year degree programme, including a foundation year to help develop your creativity before you embark on year one of a degree. Your fourth academic year would then include a year in industry placement.

You will explore established and expanded conventions within contemporary fashion photography and produce highly creative original work using industry-standard facilities.
Along the way, you’ll benefit from a wealth of industry expertise, work with fashion stylists and make-up artists, use our extensive fashion facilities, and develop in-depth practical and professional skills. You’ll also be able to undertake a work placement.
Staff teaching within the cluster include photographers and image makers, stylists, makeup artists, archivists, and experienced academics. They work across a range of outputs for clients including Vogue, ID, Show Studio, VICE, BBC, The Guardian, and Wired.
Our students have gone on to work as photographers, retouchers and studio assistants, and have worked with industry connections including Hermes, Indoi and Men’s File magazine.
