Access is only the first piece of the jigsaw — the rest happens both within and outside of the classroom. With demand on the rise, and finances stretched, the education sector will need to work innovatively and collaboratively to offer a high-quality experience to domestic and international students alike.
This fifth chapter shines a light on what matters to students, from teaching and learning to accommodation and support services. We learn that building on learning from the pandemic, technology and digital strategies hold the key to delivering a high-quality and yet personal experience at scale. We also hear from a student herself, who offers an authentic perspective on what it truly means to be one of the Million.
