About The University of Law

Meet the academics

Paul Bentley

Paul Bentley is an active Financial Market trader who entered his first trading floor in 1995 at Garban Securities, Adelaide House, London Bridge, initially introduced to the 'Bunds' desk. He has remained within the 'Square mile' trading several financial instruments, which is currently dominated by Derivative and equity positions. For the past twelve years Paul has work with educational companies teaching absolute beginners how to make a second income trading the financial markets. In 2016 he was asked by the Financial times to quote on his routine trading the Brexit vote and was subsequently published: https://www.ft.com/content/bdbd634a-37bc-11e6-a780-b48ed7b6126f Earlier this year Paul worked at ULAW Manchester Campus delivering the Personal Finance module.
