Data protection guidance for advisers

During the application process, you will be processing the personal data of your students. You are responsible for the correct handling of this data as set out in the Data Protection Act (2018).

Historical entry grades: Adviser guide

Our course pages now display both the advertised and actual grades of accepted students to help students understand more about the grades universities and colleges have accepted previously. The entry grades data uses up to five years of historical data (2019– 2023 application cycles).

How to apply in Welsh

If you're applying to Welsh course providers, you can choose to complete your application entirely in Welsh.

Setting up your centre

If you are a new registered centre or you’re setting up for a UCAS application cycle for the first time – first off, welcome to the team!
