Middlesex UniversityBSc Games and DevelopmentHello, everyone 👋🏼 I’m Ramir Fakour, a student on the Games (Computer Science pathway). I’m passionate about understanding how things work, whether that’s game mechanics or systems design. Outside of university, I’ve had a varied background. I practised Muay Thai for years, competing professionally and later working as a trainer, which taught me discipline, resilience, and focus. I’m also interested in watches, and I buy and resell them as a hobby. I’m drawn to video games, mechanics and design systems, especially those that explore interaction and player experience. I also have a strong appreciation for classic cinema and older films. I enjoy exploring storytelling styles and aesthetics from different eras. As a course ambassador, I’m happy to share my experience, answer questions, and help prospective students understand what studying here is really like. Amir

My primary interest is in creating engaging gaming experiences. I find joy in playing story-driven games during my leisure time and have a particular interest for the nostalgic music of 1980s Japanese city pop. Excited to share my experiences, especially about university life, I am ready to guide and provide insights based on my journey.
