    Hey, I’m Belén! I’m originally from Spain and completed my Foundation Diploma in Paris in 2022. Currently, I’m a Textile Design student at Chelsea College of Arts, taking a sandwich year to complete a Diploma in Creative Computing at the UAL Creative Computing Institute before starting my third year. During my second year, I had the opportunity to go on exchange (back to Paris! 😊) and have also taken part in other exciting international opportunities through UAL. As an international student, I understand both the excitement and challenges of moving to a new country for university. From adapting to a new culture to navigating student life in London, I’ve learned a lot along the way. UAL has a welcoming and diverse community, and there are so many opportunities to connect with people from all over the world.     Hi there! I am a PhD Student who recently graduated from Strathclyde with a MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Applications. I started my PhD in Design Manufacturing and Engineering Management in October and have been enjoying working on my project ‘Cognitive Biases in Conceptual Design’ In my free time, I enjoy exploring both Scotland and abroad, but particularly this beautiful country. Some of my favourite memories from Strathclyde have been the sports ball, a mountaineering trip to Glencoe, and attending fight nights. I have had so many great experiences from my time as a student here from from being a sports union volunteer to becoming a class rep.
