We offer two apprenticeship programmes designed to launch your career: The Advanced Apprenticeship and the Degree Apprenticeship. The Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship is a 2 to 3 year journey combining hands on experience with college learning, culminating in an end point assessment. You will have the opportunity to progress onto the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship. The Degree Apprenticeship is a 5 to 6 year journey, where you’ll work towards a full undergraduate degree at a university while gaining practical, on the job expertise. You will have the opportunity to become registered with a relevant professional institution. Each September, a new cohort of apprentices start their journey together, building lasting connections from day one. Both pathways offer permanent, full time roles with twenty percent of your time dedicated to academic development. From the very start, you’ll be supported by the Early Careers Team and paired with a buddy, ensuring you have guidance and encouragement every step of the way. Curious?
