Empowering others to make aspirational choices

We support post-18 and mature learners in progressing to university, college, or apprenticeships. Through research, consultancy, and innovation, we empower aspirational choices, working with schools, employers, and others to deliver trusted, customer-focused services.

UCAS provides guidance to young and mature learners, supporting progression to higher education, colleges, or degree apprenticeships. We work with schools, colleges, career services, employers, and professional bodies, offering research, consultancy, and advisory services. Committed to innovation and excellence, we empower people to make informed choices, connecting the world to UK higher education. As a fast-growing organisation, we prioritise customer focus, efficiency, and creating an environment where people thrive and succeed.

Why do we love working at UCAS?

Inspiring others to shape their future starts with our people. Thrive with hybrid working, collaboration, and a team driven to empower and support.

UCAS inspires people to make informed choices. Our goal is to build on our work in HE admissions to connect students to more possibilities in apprenticeships, technical education, lifelong learning and for more international students to use UCAS as the gateway to study in the UK.

UCAS caters to its people. Belonging is a focus embedded in our corporate strategy with consistent initiatives ensuring wellbeing and inclusion are considered. My favourite thing is the work/life balance flexibility - your personal and professional life can blend naturally.
We are a national UK brand, instantly recognisable to over one million students every year who use our services. We are trusted by applicants, teachers, universities and colleges, and governments for our independence.
